Aigle, Chapelle ORIGIN Comes from various vineyards in Aigle, which gives it the typical characteristics of the appellation. GRAPE VARIETY Chasselas VINIFICATION Traditional, in vats. |
Assessment by Pierrick Suter Very fruity on the nose. On the palate, well rounded and rather luxuriant, quite crisp, but, for my taste, there is a slight lack of carbonic, which is compensated by a pleasantly bitter aftertaste. Preferably to be served with a meal rather than as an aperitif. Nice with mushrooms. |
