Assessment by Philippe Rochat

After opening, notes of white truffle develop towards aromas of almonds and wet soil. On the palate, this wine is vivacious, delicate and fresh; a superbly balanced and dense texture with hints of exotic fruit. A pleasant acid finish with flavours of quince, plum fruit and a toasty touch.
