Assessment by Thibaut Panas

This Chardonnay from Coteaux de Verschiez on the heights of Ollon is perfectly balanced between the barrel aging of 3 wines and amphora Bernard Cavé particularly fond.

The nose immediately evokes fruit with white flesh or mingle notes of fresh butter. On the palate, the acidity is very nice and just enhance the richness of the vintage. Feeling velvety finish that accompanies this long mineral finish.

This wine is the perfect accompaniment gastronomy fish, crustaceans and other poultry in sauce.
