Comes from old vines. Long fermentation (two to three weeks).

Matured in vats.

Maturing 2 months in Amphora during the spring.

Deep red wine with purplish glints. Fresh red fruit on the nose. On the palate, the wine is powerful but delicate at the same time, with fruity flavours. Its freshness makes it an ideal accompaniment to fish.
